Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

This ooey-gooey, cinnamon-flavored pull-apart bread, deliciously drizzled with a buttery brown sugar topping that complements a nice cup of coffee!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 cans (16.3 oz.) refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits (8 count)

  • 1cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 Stick of butter or margarine, melted

Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.(Can use 13x9 flat baking pan if you don't own a fluted tube pan).

In a large bowl mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stack two biscuits together ; cut each stack into quarters. Mix cut up pieces in the bowl of sugar and cinnamon covering the pieces. Arrange in the pan. Mix brown sugar and melted butter; pour over biscuit pieces.

Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn upside down onto serving plate; pull apart to serve. If they come out in pieces its still okay, they will still be just as delicious and you will have to pull them apart to eat them anyway. Its optional to drizzle any icing over them afterwards.

Serve warm & Enjoy!
