DIY Flowerpot Bunnies

This is the Easiest project and I promise we don't grow bunnies but these Super Cute, easy to do craft adds the perfect touch to your home this Easter. So, hop along to see how I put these together.

There is so many different ways to put your spin on this project and I did just that. I made it my own and changed a few things.

All of the supplies came from dollar tree and only cost a few dollars.

What You'll Need:

2 Small Pots (small ones from dollar tree, set of 2)

Spanish Moss Grass

Hot Glue Gun/Glue Sticks

2 wooden Bunnies

White Acrylic paint

Card Stock

Wooden Sticks (Round)

1 Styrofoam Piece (Cut into 2 pieces to fit in pots)

Follow me on YouTube for more info.

You can also make these larger with bigger bunnies and bigger pots.

First, you'll want to start by painting the pots and they will need two coats of white paint, let the first coat of paint dry good before you paint the second coat.

Next, trace the wooden bunnies on the back of your cardstock of your choice. Then once you are done you will glue the card stock to the bunnies.

After that is done be sure to cut the wooden stick in half. Once you're done with that be sure to put one small piece fitting snug into the pot, (don't push down hard as it can break the pot).

Then I started by gluing the bunnies to the sticks at the top on the back mid-way. Once that is done let them dry. Once they are dry put them into the pot with the other end of the stick

and put enough Spanish moss around the bunnies inside the pot. I decided to paint the sticks white so went ahead and did that.

I enjoyed making this craft so much. When I was complete, I decided to add things to it later on such as baby carrots at the bottom and you could add an eye if you like or even a cotton tail which I just think I may do.

Hope you all have enjoyed this blog post and be sure to follow for more upcoming crafts.
