DIY Valentine's Headband

Create a lovely Valentine's headband to wear on a special day or to give as a thoughtful gift! Follow these simple steps to make your unique headband.



Materials Needed

  • Plain headband (fabric or plastic)

  • Felt hearts with glitter or without in various colors (red, pink, white)

  • Scissors

  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks

  • Embellishments (e.g., sequins and beads)


Instructions

Step 1: Cut out shapes or buy them that have already been cut out.

Using ,felt, cut-out heart shapes or other Valentine-themed designs. You can make different sizes for added visual interest or buy them done for you already.

Step 2: Prepare the Headband

Decide where you want to place the felt shapes on the headband. You can create a cluster on one side or evenly space them around the headband.

Step 3: Attach the Felt Shapes

Using the hot glue gun, carefully attach the felt shapes to the headband. Hold them in place for a few seconds until the glue sets.

Step 4: Add Embellishments

Once the felt shapes are secured, enhance your design with sequins and beads. Use glue to attach these embellishments wherever you like.

Step 5: Let It Dry

Allow the glue to dry completely before wearing or gifting your headband.
